Info for the ‚Tag der deutschen Einheit‘
We are part of the German Unity Day 2023 „Tag der Deutschen Einheit„! On October 3, 2023, we will hold an auction for approximately 45 min starting at 6:45 pm to benefit our participating organizations. Starting at 4:00 pm, the eight artworks will be presented there and can be examined in the time slots between the performances. These are 4:00 – 4:20 pm, 4:40 – 5:00 pm and 5:20 – 5:30 pm. People who want to bid can get a card there to help for a better passage. The number of people in the tent is limited.
The eight pieces of art will be offered, followed by individual designed irrigation bags created by street artists. These bags were used for watering the trees at the event and will be offered for a minimum bid of 20 €. Among the artworks here we show two more sample images.

The artworks can be auctioned directly at the auction by a show of hands. Immediately thereafter, the artist will be reimbursed for the costs and the selected organization will receive the direct donation. The respective payment options are indicated. Then the carefully packed work can be taken away immediately. If someone should miss the appropriate time of the auction, it can be inquired directly afterwards whether by chance a purchase would still go.

For the artist, it is important to redefine the character and charm of a city and invite the viewer to break away from the conventional and familiar motifs. This work shows popular places at the port of Hamburg, among others, from Park Fiction to Dockland. But also industrial elements, which otherwise do not get so much attention, form the character of the image.
By printing on silver Alu Dibond it gets a great shimmer effect, which reflects the reflection of the sun in the water.
