general information for artists and designers
Professional or semi-professional artists, designers, artisans, and similar are welcome to donate their self-created contemporary works – there are no limits to creativity. Packaging, materials & shipping costs will be reimbursed by bidders. Please read the fixed three posts on Instagram or here the home page and this page.
All creative interested parties, the best way to reach us is on Instagram with a short application via DM. Please tell us the name of your of the work, estimated selling price (if it would be sold normally), email address and send a photo of it. Everything will be kept confidential and will not be shared.
If all goes well, we’ll email a small question list to fill out via email and end up posting the work with description list, pictures and appropriate hashtags. We are also happy to receive other square images, for example with portrait or text, to publish them with. You should then also publish/share the post everywhere. You would have to reply to requests or comments and write the current highest bid (if it came via DM or otherwise and not already in the comments) in the comments. If you change your mind, you can always back out.
Please choose only high quality artwork or design objects. They can also be older, as long as they are not in a used condition. The minimum bid includes the cost and at least 50 € donation. The total amount of the minimum bid should be about 1/2 of the normal selling price. Sets are also welcome to be offered to reach the amount. If even a set from the craft or similar does not reach the height, the minimum donation is 20 €. Please note the copyright – the work must be from you. Likewise, the photos must be yours or you have the full and transferable right to use them. A print-on-demand offer is possible.
Minimum donation (from 50 € (20 €)) + shipping + material/packing = minimum bid (= 1/2 retail price)
You can see the Question List & participation info here, as well as the further list with info of the print-on-demand offer, which is first described below:
